Had a first “real” session today after couple days of break. Started with NLHE and had some bad luck. 1st 30 mins I didn’t get any playable hands and then when I got AA I got rivered vs J7 (set of J’s)
After that (lost $25) I did what I have done lately, I went to bit higher short PLO hi table. PLO is getting better and better for me. Had similar start, no hands, but I desided to be patienced.
After a while I got few ok hands and got action with them too. Ended up winning over $100 at the end. I knew that if I stick around long enough, I got couple of the players beat. And that just happened.
I feel really good about my playing now (knock knock), and I think that I have a shot to do well. It is only depending of myself.
